Each Thanksgiving and Christmas turkey is pasture-raised for better quality that you and your guests will appreciate. Pastured turkeys have firmer meat with better flavor and texture; say goodbye to flabby, mealy confinement ‘turkey’ pumped with filthy brine liquid from the mega-processing. These are healthy turkeys with great flavor and pleasingly firm meat. They do not have ‘up to 10% retained brine solution’ found in many supermarket turkeys, and to the pleasure of your guests, they will outshine the competition. Our turkey is raised and butchered on-location at a fine local Maine family farm not far from us. Each turkey is freshly butchered and wrapped and delivered to us, ready to roast.
We sell fresh, locally raised turkeys and turkey meats year ’round, and in general, we need only a week or two ahead to fill your turkey order… but for Thanksgiving and Christmas, there are simply too many Thanksgiving and Christmas turkey orders at once and the family that raises these turkeys needs more notice to plan and prepare.

Do you need less meat? Try a half turkey, $6.49/lb
Do you need a certain cut in addition to -or instead of- a whole bird? Whole turkey legs: $5.99/lb; double turkey breast (bone-in) $6.99/lb; boneless turkey breast $8.59/lb.
A $20 deposit is required for all turkey reservations. Turkeys grow slowly, and supply is determined months in advance; therefore, we have limited quantities. Please reserve in person, at our farm market, as soon as possible. While the deposit for your Thanksgiving and Christmas turkey is not refundable, upon cancellation, your deposit can be converted into farm market credit.
Our special Thanksgiving and Christmas turkeys will be ready for pickup in the days just prior to Thanksgiving.
We do not ship turkeys. In-store pickup only please!
